Whereas, you must sit through Stage 3 of the Scarlion Boss. Rescar Price: 8,999,999 Mesos Strictly No re-looting of any helm's w/o Permission!  Targa Service Price: 30,000,000 Mesos Time Taken: 45minutes to 60minutes. Rules: Stage 1 of Targa is allowed to be ks-ed whereas you must st through Stage 2 and 3 of the Targe Service. Re-helm Price: 16,000,000 Mesos Strictly No re-looting of any helm's w/o Permission!
